Positive Aspects: 1. Location: The property is in a very convenient and accessible location. 2. Sleeping Arrangements: There are plenty of beds available, which is great for accommodating a larger group of 6 pax. 3. Balcony: The balcony is small but nice spot to relax, especially with fresh air and natural light.

Feedback on Property Condition and Management: 1. Parking Issues: Although I was allocated multiple parking slots, all of them were already occupied by other vehicles. This caused inconvenience as I was unable to park as expected. 2. Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities such as tissue paper or wipes, which are typically expected in a ready-to-use kitchen. 3. Key Handover: Upon arrival, there were no main door keys provided. I had to specifically request them, which suggests a lack of preparedness in the check-in process. 4. Apartment Condition: The apartment is quite old, and several doors are fragile and worn out. This raises concerns about both security and comfort. 5. Ventilation: There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen. In order to cook, we had to open the sliding door to the balcony, which is not ideal, especially in bad weather or for maintaining indoor temperature. 6. Bathroom: The main bathroom is clogged, and the water drains very slowly after a shower.

Enttäuschung pur

Gar nichts

Titel: Enttäuschung pur – alles Fake und absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Wir hatten dieses Appartement unter dem Namen “Luxury View Marina” gebucht – doch luxuriös war hier rein gar nichts! Schon bei der Ankunft die erste Enttäuschung: keine Spur von einer Marina-Aussicht, stattdessen blickt man auf riesige Industrie-Tanks. Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft: keine Handtücher, kaum Wasserdruck, nur heusses Wasser, für Kinder unerträglich heiss! und im WC ein penetranter Gestank, der kaum auszuhalten war. Von Komfort oder Sauberkeit also keine Spur. Der absolute Höhepunkt: Mitten in der Nacht um 00:40 Uhr erhielten wir plötzlich die Nachricht, dass wir am nächsten Tag ausziehen und in eine andere, noch hässlichere Wohnung umziehen müssten! Eine Zumutung. Als wir versuchten, mit dem Vermieter zu sprechen und um eine Lösung oder Rückerstattung baten, hieß es nur lapidar: „Dann können Sie ja stornieren.“ Natürlich wusste man genau, dass eine Rückerstattung nach dem Einzug unmöglich ist – also reine Abzocke! Es ist unfassbar, dass Booking solche Unterkünfte als „4 Sterne“ listet und die täuschenden Fotos online lässt. Die Bilder haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun – alles Fake und völlig irreführend. Fazit: Finger weg! Diese Unterkunft hat weder Luxus noch Aussicht, nur Ärger und Frust. Booking sollte dringend prüfen, ob so etwas überhaupt auf der Plattform angeboten werden darf.
