Positive Aspects: 1. Location: The property is in a very convenient and accessible location. 2. Sleeping Arrangements: There are plenty of beds available, which is great for accommodating a larger group of 6 pax. 3. Balcony: The balcony is small but nice spot to relax, especially with fresh air and natural light.

Feedback on Property Condition and Management: 1. Parking Issues: Although I was allocated multiple parking slots, all of them were already occupied by other vehicles. This caused inconvenience as I was unable to park as expected. 2. Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities such as tissue paper or wipes, which are typically expected in a ready-to-use kitchen. 3. Key Handover: Upon arrival, there were no main door keys provided. I had to specifically request them, which suggests a lack of preparedness in the check-in process. 4. Apartment Condition: The apartment is quite old, and several doors are fragile and worn out. This raises concerns about both security and comfort. 5. Ventilation: There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen. In order to cook, we had to open the sliding door to the balcony, which is not ideal, especially in bad weather or for maintaining indoor temperature. 6. Bathroom: The main bathroom is clogged, and the water drains very slowly after a shower.
