Location and access to creek, shops restaurants etc.
Parking was horrible. you need to spend at least 20 minutes to get out of the parking and the design of the parking area was totally idiotic and even small cars needed put reverse and forward gear to go exit each level of parking , and passage was so narrow and my car has damaged two times because of the narrow passage. You can find thousands of scratches through out the wall of parking area. If you plan to go with a car i dont recommend this property or park outside and pay to save money and time.
