Abdul was very helpful. He even helped us with our big luggages to the room. All requests were immediately sorted like the baby cot.

Air conditioning in the kitchen area quite noisy, didn't know how to switch it off, for people who sleep light it may be too loud, but didn't affect my rating.

The location
The kitchen is very dated, it wasn’t clean and the bedding wasn’t clean. The shower leaked and it has no shower curtain. When the owner was told about the leak he did sort it out and replaced the shower. Not enough towels and toilet roll was left for 2 nights either.
