Stylish Apartment Leeds City Centre with 2 Balconies

The location of the property is fab! A short walk to the station and city centre. It’s also located next to the canal and river which is lovely to walk/run down. There’s a sainsburys local just a couple of minutes from the apartment which is really convenient. The rooms are spacious and it’s nice having two bathrooms and the balcony space too. They also supplied shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which was nice!

There was quite a strong smell of curry when we first arrived, we opened the windows/doors to air it out and it went but would have been nice if it was aired out ahead of arrival of guests. It also could do with a bit of a deeper clean as there were things like starburst wrappers down the side of the sofa cushions from the previous guest. The kettle could do with being replaced, it spills water all over the place when it is poured. The markers on the hob also are quite unclear, and it’s hard to tell if it’s turned off or not which seems a bit of a hazard. You also have to collect and drop off the keys from a corner shop which is around 15 mins walk from the apartment/train station. This was a bit of a faff as we had to lug suitcases there/back and is something worth considering if you are arriving late at night or departing early in the morning.

It was great love it so much. Almost book more days ☺️

The only thing that I didn’t like was that couldn’t find a full length mirror and the size of the TV was to small. Those are the only two things I think need improvement. Apart from that everything was excellent

Having two balconies pleasant and flat is a decent size with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Property well kitted out and decor neutral and pleasant.

Pick up location for keys very difficult. In centre of town with nowhere near to stop and park or a long walk from the property. Highly inconvenient and keys need to be returned to the same location. Property is fairly noisy if visiting in summer as need to keep windows open, otherwise very stuffy and too warm to sleep as on 12th floor. Train noise consistent with location overlooking railway tracks, as well as waterways and a lot of building work ongoing, directly around the flat. Property well kitted out but with cheap furniture. Slippers provided but would not want to use slippers used by other people. Location not the best.
