Tv was smashed on arrival Chairs in lounge too wobbly to sit on Only one bedroom and two sofas in lounge which were very worn and uncomfortable Shower too tight to get in because the door wouldn’t open enough Floors very dusty Noisy banging doors from the other rooms Table and chairs needed outside

The property was very spacious and is the 3rd time we have stayed at these apartments. Always cleaned well and no stress in checking in or parking

Some of the furniture needs replacing and one or two maintenance issues and the tv in the bedroom has a faulty screen

The whole apartment was large and spacious

There was a large hole in the cupboard under the sink - smelt a bit. And another hole in the wall randomly by the kitchen. The place was very cold and not heated for our arrival, however once we got it warm it was great. The vinyl couch was tatty and cracked in places and had a rug trying to cover it up. The shower door entrance was incredibly narrow. many people would not fit in this. Able to cook a meal.

The location

The tv in the bedroom was broken and had lines down the screen and the tv in the living room would not connect to Netflix. I tried contacting the number that was on the website and in the book but no one answered and no one responded to my messages or returned my phone call. The property also needs so TLC and some of the plates were still dirty. Overall the property could be great but some things let it down. I was informed there was a fan at the property which there wasn’t. The only good thing about this property was how close to was to where I needed to be.
