Great location and well kitted/decorated apartment.
Our apartment had no central heating or hot water and the staff never responded to our message about it. Fortunately they'd sent us the key information for both apartments by mistake, so we moved into the smaller apartment, but this didn't have a sofa bed so someone had to sleep on a small couch with no bedding. Even after our stay had ended we never heard back from them acknowledging our complaint.
