Central and stunning property. Loud bar beneath but otherwise exceptional

The location was the perfect spot, central to everything and a few minutes from parking/ the train station. Apartment 1 and 2 were clean and incredibly aesthetic.

The only downside was that the property is situated above a bar that’s open till 3 am so was very loud. We were out till 1 am so it didn’t trouble us too much but for a family this may be an issue

Fantastic location, modern & super clean and a bar as your neighbour - what more could you want!

Perfect location, super central, close to all Leeds has to offer. Modern, clean and great facilities. Plus its right above the bar - whats not to love?!

The only thing I would say is if your are disturbed by noise you can hear the bar until it closes. Doesnt affect me and depends what time you go back!

Lovely apartment- would never stay at the weekend again due to the bar issue

Property was beautiful- clean and decorated in a great way. Beds were comfy and lots of mod cons.

Two main issues: Bar downstairs did not close until well after 3am which was not disclosed beforehand. The music was so loud with a base and it vibrated into the bedrooms- none of us slept until very late then were woken by the kitchen staff putting the radio on very loud the next morning prepping for sunday service. We did go out the night we stayed and headed back to the apartment around midnight. The que to get into the bar was around the block and it had started to storm- weather was awful. It took several minutes of discussion between us and door staff for them to let us imto the bar so we could access the apartment. People queing thought we were pushing in and heckled us- it wasnt an ideal situation and we got soaked!

When we got back to our room, we realised someone had been in our room. The host had given two groups the same apartment and code to get in!! We had lots of valuable items in the room so were very unhappy Early the next morning, the host knocked on the door to tell us they had made a mistake, and explained that they had text me to move rooms. I was on a night out and didnt see the text message. She told me i had no curtesy and that i should check my phone more ‘in the day and age’ she was very rude, blaming us for her mistake. She then said we had to hurry up and get out of the apartment as they had a group with nowhere to stay Me and my friends left feeling very upset, it ruined our stay. Stay away !! There are plenty more airbnbs in Leeds where the hosts know what they are doing

Very comfortable and clean

Right in the centre of Leeds. Really chic and beautifully decorated. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped with washing machine, fridge, tea and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The bathroom was clean and the large shower was excellent. I was extremely good value for money.

Great location for city centre but not a quiet location

The door was difficult to find and the instructions we were given were not clear enough so we entered the door to the offices next to the bar - fortunately there was someone in the offices that could help us but where the door is needs to be much clearer

We expected that it would be noisy until about 11-12pm as we were above a bar but we did not expect to be woken up at about 4am with the sound of banging and what sounded like heavy furniture being moved.

Trendy New York loft conversion style apartment in the heart of central Leeds

Spotlessly clean and very cool in decor. Nice touch having the amazing fire tv with music playlists set up. The video to find the front door was super helpful. Location is handy for being in the centre.

If you are a light sleeper or at all acrophobic this isn’t for you as it’s above a very busy bar, although the outside space is cleared early. The bottle bin recycling woke me at 6am, but that’s city life for you .

Attractive place to stay right by the station with a few minor issues

Excellent location, clean apartment with comprehensive facilities, imaginative and humorous aesthetic.

Access wasn’t obvious and then up lots of stairs. There were a number of buzzing noises in the flat, not just the bathroom extractor. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was too soft and the pillows weren’t firm enough.

Nice apartment but too noisy.

Good communication regarding check in. Easy check in. Apartment was clean enough and adequate facilities. Great location for train station and centre of Leeds but the apartment is above a bar which meant that there was loud music until about 4am, so loud that the beds were vibrating! This unfortunately ruined what would have been a great stay.

Location was central. Room was quirky and clean. Bed was comfy. Linen and towels smelt great!

Difficult to get in the first door downstairs. People from the pub stood outside the door smoking - needs a no smoking sign. Apartment was dark and some of the lights don’t work. The room has good facilities such as fridge kettle etc but a small beverage tray should be offered with tea/coffee etc for the price paid. The apartment also appears a lot cheaper booking direct which is disappointing

Excellent location, within a few minutes of the railway station. Attractive decor and furnishing. Very comfortable beds, good shower with lots of hot water.

More task or adjustable lighting would be useful in the bedrooms, preferably near the mirrors. Printed information about the heating.

Enjoyed the experience on the whole but it wasn’t entirely satisfactory.

Very modern and quirky. Kitchen well equipped. Good shower facilities. Very close to the station and the city centre.

Still being developed, carpet not finished on stairs leading to the flat. Flat designed for 4 but only one settee for two people so couldn’t relax properly . Space in second bedroom very limited. Overpriced considering space offered.

All in all quite a unique setting, has a very New York loft vibe with plenty of night life.

Green room was easy to find but the entrance to the apartment was a surprise. I asked at the bar and the friendly bar manager showed me how to get in. It’s not what you’d expect but is quite fun. Especially for the looks you get off of the patrons in the seated entrance to the bar. I also extended my stay for an extra day, this was also no trouble whatsoever for the green room.

The shower had just been done (I know as I met the chap doing the work, again a friendly fella, I had arrived early though so clearly he was not expecting me), the bathroom could have done with a good scrub but as I wasn’t there to sit on the John for two days, this didn’t diminish my comfortable stay.

Perfect location with a breathtaking interior

Perfect location in the heart of the city centre. We enjoyed drinks downstairs at the Green Room bar when we arrived, they had a DJ playing and the atmosphere was fantastic. Some of Leeds' best restaurants were only a few minutes walk from the property. The apartment itself had a very unique design, I've never stayed anywhere quite like it. I will definitely be booking Green Room again on my next visit to Leeds.

Brilliant location

Excellent location , part of the green rooms venue which is a gem . Great comms with team allowing trouble free arrival and a free drink . The rooms are well serviced clean and comfortable, be great for a few days or longer stays.

Great location, newly refurbed apartment.

Location was great, flat was clearly very new as it was immaculate and loved the decor. The bar below did a great brunch the next day and loved the free drink from there!

Only negative is the noise. We stayed on a Tuesday night so no loud noise from the bar but I imagine it to be very noisy on a weekend. We did hear bottle bins being collected in the middle of the night, pipes were quite noisy and opposite is a building site so that noise started before 8am. Temporary I appreciate and possibly a mid week thing but I would pack earplugs next time.

The apartment wasn't prepared for our visit, although the member of staff on site, very kindly provided the missing items. The TV remote and heating control did not work. We had arranged to use the sofa bed, unfortunately the living room had no blinds, was illuminated all night by street lights and was completely overlooked by the construction and builders working opposite.not every dent in the photos online. The building works (drilling) went on until 2.30 am, re-starting at 7am. Sleep was impossible. We have contacted the hosts but disappointingly they declined to respond.
