The localization of the hotel os very convenient for tourism also the room is confortable and have a lot of stuff you might use like kettle, silverware,mugs, fried pans. Also the closet is big and Very userful to put your luggages
The fact that the hotel doesn't has a sign make difficult for some people like me to discovery if I get in the right spot, because I need to ask in the store nearby If I get in the right place or not l. Maybe just put a sign inside the building will avoid this type of situation. Also rules or instruction printed in a lot of languages in the room Will turn more easy to the guest to Discovery things like How to use the wash machine, How to turn on and off the Air conditioner...

La ubicación y que la habitación es bastante grande con microondas y lavadora cocina etc
Tiene la calle entera de hosstess i maid por si pasas una noche solo
Al estar céntrico en Osaka escuchas toda la calle desde debajo pero bueno estás en dotenbori que más quieres pedir es lógico

Easy to get to, and very close to key places! The area is a party area, but it does feel safe. Cost / location I think this is one of the better places you can find around Osaka and specially if you are looking for Dotonbori and the likes.
