Wifi did not work. A portable wifi was provided as a solution and I had to place it on the balcony to have a decent internet speed. The room ventilation had some issues. Whenever the ventilation started, it created negative pressure amd we had to open the window, because the air conditioning conducts were popping. The room had a conduct which was supposed to solve this issue, but I guess it was clogged or improperly installed. This resulted in having to open the window before going to bathroom which was inconvenient. In the presentation pictures the room had warm lights, in reality it has very cold lights. It looks a little bit like a hospital with the bedroom lights on. (This is the easiest improvement suggestion)

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location was exceptional, and the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to every message or concern we had. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fresh and well-maintained. We also really appreciated having a washing machine in the room, with free detergent powder provided. This has been our favourite stay in Japan so far! We felt so welcome and comfortable, and I completely fell in love with Osaka. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! ❤️

Nothing to complain about, everything was just wonderful!

The location close to main attractions of Dotonbori.

Complicated and nerve-wracking check-in. No sign outside of the building with the name, had to get help from a nearby hotel. Nowhere to leave luggage before 4pm. All appliances had Japanese instructions with no translation for overseas guests. Constant fear of not getting back in or losing the door key Very noisy street outside.
