The room was quite spacious and comfortable - especially the beds. I really appreciated the "staff's" promptness in answering messages as well as their assistance during our booking process, as well as during our stay. They really helped put out mind at ease and helped made our booking process more seamless. The location is also amazingly convenient and was greatly appreciated during our trip.

Checking in felt a bit awkward and it felt like we were inputting the same information twice as we had filled it in prior to visiting. The tablet was so a bit slow which meant it took us a while to check in.

- It can get noisy with drunk people around 12am-3am as they finished with their bar/club. I suggest getting an earplug if you are a light sleeper. - Walls are thin, you can hear neighbours talk
