    Small room bt still comfy. Very clean and fresh sheet. Fresh towel and hot water for good night bath. Very near from shopping center.

    From Kansai Airport, I took an airport bus to Doton Plaza, which took about an hour. It was very convenient because I was traveling alone with several suitcases and didn't have to drag them between multiple trains. The accommodation was only a few hundred meters from Doton Plaza. I really liked it here. There were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were polite and very helpful. I could leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The room was very clean and odorless, even though the floor was carpeted. The only downside was having to change my shoes before entering the elevator because the floor was tatami. The advantage was that the floors inside the hotel and the room were very clean. The disadvantage was that when returning from shopping with many bags, having to change shoes every time was inconvenient for me, as I shop every day. In addition, the cleaning staff were very polite, taking out the trash and changing the towels daily. If I come to Osaka again, I will choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

    Everything was great, the room is spacious compared to other hotels. I am able to open 2 big luggages at the same time. Cleanliness is good and comfortable. Location is quite strategy, just <10mins walking distance to Dotonbori and nearest subway. But walking under sun during summer feels like 20mins away ….

    I feel I lucky that I just stayed just one night. Little but noisy at night and that was okay. But! The smell in my room? There is a yakitori restaurant next door and I can smell the smoke all night. When I open the window I could jump to next building and the lights from the building were so bright as you can see from this photo. Even in the morning I woke up because of cigaret smoke. I don’t think I will book this hotel never again.
