Very close to Dotonbori. Can’t say anything about the staff coz we never met them. We were provided with codes for front door and room entrance. Had a little trouble with the code for the last room on check in but this was resolved promptly. No refrigerator in one of the rooms (305). Bathroom of 305 had no blinds (semi-see thru) so people outside can see you doing ur business. (Okay for couples). We were a group of friends so this was an issue. Good place due to its location. Very prompt response to queries and concerns.

Near in dotonbori near in all metro no issues in checkin and check out
Spacious and can really move in the room
But due to coldness must have heater in the room.
Also have white light not yellow one so dark and dim in the room.
But all was good. Thank you

The knob for the shower came off easily, and parts of it was missing so it was really hard to turn the water on/off when your hand is wet.
Buttons to turn the room lights off from the bedside were also missing, so you had to stick your finger inside a hole to press the switches directly.
Smallest mini fridge I've seen in the world, could barely fit a standard PET bottle inside. Also wasn't able to chill anything, even though we checked the settings.
The elevator was super cramp and only 2 people + 2 luggage bags could fit in simultaneously.
However if you just need a cheap room to sleep without much use for amenities, this hotel is cheap, but I've stayed at other hotels which have more standards for the value.
It's a self check-in hotel so it is unmanned, you can't rely on the hotel to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. You can do it at your own risk, but the lobby is cramped so it might get pushed aside by other guests.
That said, the staff are very quick to reply to messages sent using the Agoda message function. I had no issues submitting the online check-in form, unlocking the doors and retrieving the key card without talking to another person face-to-face.
