Too crowded and messy . Staff are friendly but not able to regulate well and maintain Onyado Nono good standard. Onsen used by tattooed guest and too noisy and crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, as it is only a few steps away from the shopping area, which makes it very convenient. One thing I found a little unfamiliar was the hotel’s no-shoes policy. I wasn’t quite used to having to remove my shoes at the entrance, so it took me a little while to get used to walking around in socks or barefoot. I was also expecting a high-quality onsen experience, but the onsen area was quite small. If you are looking for more privacy and a more relaxing experience, I would recommend choosing a less busy time, such as around 6 PM or 8 AM, when you may be able to enjoy the facilities more peacefully. On the positive side, the free drinks and ice cream after the onsen were a lovely touch! Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its excellent location, but the onsen is something to keep in mind when planning your stay.

If you prefer Japanese style hotel with hot bath in Osaka, this is a great hotel. The breakfast is excellent too

It’s a small hotel with very small facilities compared to the Kyoto location. Onsen area was incredibly small, definitely won’t be returning. The music played at the onsen was also rather unsettling.
