The added buffet breakfast was a treat. The self serve amenities in the lobby for guests were very nice and there were many options. If we forgot anything, the hotel had it for us for free!
The bathroom was very small, we’ve stayed in another hotel in Japan that was not as small, taller ceiling as well. The tub was shorter than usual. There was a small stain on the side of the bed sheet; a yellow stain.

I'm going here everytime I go to Osaka in the future. Really nice place, punches far above its price. The manga library is awesome. Staff are extra friendly, the laundromat inside the hotel is super convenient. Very well managed place

Close to everything easy to get around
Rooms were a bit small, beds weren’t very comfy

Staff are friendly and the location is fantastic, breakfast was nice
Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and as others have mentioned the bathroom has a bad smell. Breakfast gets way too busy and you have to arrive early
