The location was great! Close to everything needed. Easy check in and check out. I liked how the front doors are closed from 12a-6a which felt like good security as the only way to enter is if you had a room key. Also liked how they had a scale to weigh our luggage. Rooms are standard but we were only there at night to rest and sleep. Room was pretty clean too. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in the best location. Right in the heart of Namba and steps away from Dotonbori and all the action. As soon as you step out of the door you're in the heart of Osaka. It's awesome.
Compared to other Forza hotel it could have provided a charging cable and free daily sake. Toilet was very cramped.

The location is great, right at the center, near Namba station and Dōtonbori canal. There is a coffee machine at the lobby.
The room was not clean. We found hairs on the bathroom walls and the toilet had long lasting pee spots in a place where perhaps they thought nobody will notice. In addition, the room was very small and there was noise from nearby construction. Regarding the location, I felt a bit unsafe to walk there at night. During the day it is great.
