the location was superb!! This place was like a calm oasis in the center of all the chaos!!

The Location

There were molds in the door to the bathroom. Then the air vent had molds and dust that we needed to clean it ourselves. Secondly, we were in the 4th floor and we can smell food. Like the smoke from the food being cooked can be smelled at our room. Our room was 410.

very centrally located on possibly the BUSIEST pedestrian street in the world. comfortable and quiet room. nice view, good air con. great no fuss hotel.

breakfast was quite expensive so didn't get it. there was rubbish under the bed from previous guests.

Location was great. Breakfast had multiple options. The staff at the front desk were accomodating. My only BIG complaint was the smell.

Our first room had a terrible body odor which was unbearable. I requested to have our room changed which the front desk very nicely switched us without an issue. The second room had the same problem. At that point, I didn't request to change rooms given that many of them had probably the same problem. I couldn't wait for our stay to end due to the smell. The hotel needs to do a better job of changing/washing the actual pillows (not the pillowcases only) since that was probably the issue, though not sure if the carpet or seats against the windows were also stinking. The room should be better aerated to improve this problem. My husband and 8 year old son also smelled the terrible odor in the rooms so it wasn't only me. I wouldn't stay there again for this problem.
