    I booked 2 rooms and stayed with my family - includes elederly and kids. My family loved the location just few minutes walk from train station, which we usually use because of our itinerary. Less than an hour away from USJ, direct train to Nara and Kobe. Also, just in front of Kuromon Market, which has grocery store that is open 24hrs and with nearby Lawson. All the staff are great, very helpful and very accommodating. One thing that's not so good to me is the cleanning. Although, I think it is now common in Japan that your room will only be cleaned after 3 nights but please make sure that everything is being cleaned. Towels and trash are collected daily but sometimes they just collected the trash on the bin. Some trash beside the bin was not picked up. Also, when we had the schedule of cleaning they just change the bedsheet, clean the toilet and collected the trash. They did not sweep or vaccum the flooring. Hope that will be improved. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Will I stay again? Definitely! I look forward to stay again.

    seems like a new hotel, everything is very new. unbeatable location for exploring namba side of osaka and just a short walk to train station

    I booked two rooms for 4 of us which consists of two children The rooms are quite big and the room price is cheap considering the hotel is quite new. It is very near Kuromon market so can eat fresh seafood daily.
