Location, bed comfort, Free coffee and bread for breakfast and luggage storage, if you come early you can leave your luggage with them , when you come back for check-in they already bring your luggages to your room.

Near a metro station so easy to get around. Comfortable beds, we had twin rooms.

The lobby area could be better looked after. Water ran out of the water dispenser and coffee machines and clients were asking for them to be refilled. Also, there was a load of liquid on the floor (left by a client) which was not mopped up.

Brief walk to everything, had a common area for my family

The rooms that renovated are really nice and the bed is comfortable. Free renting bikes

The corridors on every floor are open (no windows), so when there is rain or strong wind, our room door would shake and make a lot of noise. (Thankfully, the staff was really kind, and there was one free room available on a lower floor where the wind wasn't as intense, so they moved us there for the night). The unrenovated rooms are in bad shape. The first room they gave us was old, and the walls and ceiling were dirty and full of scratches and marks, not at all like the photos on Booking.com. (The next day after the storm, we mentioned this, and luckily there were other available rooms, so they changed us to a renovated one). In the end, our stay went well, but it took a lot of effort, asking, and changing rooms.
