Great location, low on comfort

Great location, lovely views, and clear information. Great for short stays.

Very small bed and couch - didn’t allow us to relax fully. Furniture was old and smelly. Quite a small place, not value for money for a long & relaxing stay.

An excellent property in a nice place, next to a gorgeous lake

The location was excellent. The property was a good size for two people. It was clean and had all the equipment we could have expected. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. The balcony, and its view over the lake, was excellent. The shops were a 5-10 minute walk (downhill one way, uphill the other). The lakeside was in easy walking reach, for cycle hire, water activities and lake swimming. Other beaches along the lake were easily accessible by bus or car, and Annecy itself is just 3-4 km away.

Un rapport prix / prestation très défavorable

Le service de conciergerie fait bien son travail, les instructions sont précises et la réactivité très satisfaisante. On peut regretter les nombreuses consignes parfois lourdes (amende/ caution si...) mais j'imagine qu'elles sont le fruit d'expériences malheureuses ! La vue sur le lac est très belle, même si un bâtiment en contrebas ternit le premier plan. Mais cela ne justifie pas le prix très excessif de ce logement.

Une expérience très décevante. La mezzanine est très exigüe, le lit est posé sur un sommier à même le sol et surtout, l'absence de dégagement oblige le dormeur du "fond" à enjamber son partenaire pour descendre. A déconseiller aux personnes qui aiment le confort et la simplicité. C'est un peu la "van life" là-haut !!! L'équipement est limité (pas de lave-vaisselle...), les rangements rares et encombrés et les parties communes sont franchement vieillottes. On ajoute une baie vitrée "en réparation" et un freezer entièrement gelé pour compléter le tableau... A ce niveau de prix (plus de 200 euros la nuit quand même !), la prestation est indigente.

Uma estadia maravilhosa, uma memória para a vida

A localização do apartamento, a poucos minutos de Annecy, com uma excelente vista para o lago e montanhas. O apartamento é muito confortável para um casal, com tudo o que é preciso para umas miniférias. No nosso caso fomos em dezembro, o que nos permitiu visitar uma série de locais de desportos de inverno a partir deste ponto.

Je n’ai pas apprécié que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas, et la télévision non plus. Comme il s’agissait d’un samedi pluvieux, cela aurait été agréable de pouvoir en profiter.

Très mignon, un peu cher vue aussi l’amplitude horaire (16h l’arrivée et 10h le départ).

L’emplacement et la vue sur le lac étaient magnifiques.

Avis partagé sur le confort du couchage pour 2 personnes, dont une de 70 ans.

Vue magnifique, très calme, place de parking à l'entrée de l'immeuble ! Studio très bien situé. Studio très bien équipé, propre. Bonne communication avec l'hôte par messagerie.

Peu de rangement pour mettre les affaires mais sinon rien à redire !
