Annecy and Terrace du Lac are amazing places to be

The localization is AWESOME The person that welcomes us makes us feel at home. Strongly recommended

It wasn't unpleasant, but they can do better. Take care of the garden and porch so we can enjoy it. This is how he values the name terrace

Pleasant

The house is well located and close to the lake. Very clean and the house defenetely has some charm

quite small room, the "bathroom" is 50cm from the bed, very little noise isolation (old house) It's only a room, no access to any common area to view the lake unless you book the room with lake view. 0 flexibility on check in/out; I mean I understand that people have a life but being told that 9pm on the dot is the latest to check in on a Friday evening and being told "no" when you ask for 30 min extra on a sunday morning...

Uncomfortable but nice old-style charm

Breakfast was very nice using fresh ingredients from the region but I would have liked more salty options. The whole property has a nice charm and the room I got had a part view of the lake and the road which meant if the window was kept open there was not a lot of privacy.

There were 4 parking spaces that were a bit tight. There were also a few things run down such as broken light in the corridor at night and the bed was not comfortable at all, it was a kind of old folding bed which didn't feel firm at all. Also the walls are very thin so you hear every other guest and the house makes a lot of noise at night. It's good only if you like the old-house kind of charm. And although I knew about the toilet being outside and the no shoes inside rule, it made the stay more uncomfortable that I would have expected. And it would be nice to be able to bring food inside the property. For the price, I would recommend my friends to stay in other properties around the lake that I have enjoyed more in the past. This was my only option as I had to travel last minute.

very cool decor

parking was an issue, room was so hot we had to get up through the night to cold shower twice. isn’t lake front location and photos show they have they’re own lake access but don’t. shared terrace and shared toilet when states private bathroom. felt we had to creep around in silence.

Now she reports me that i broke it. Only the warm water is not working… how is it possible to break only the hot water in one room Anyway she wants me to pay for the reparation Not professional at all not to say very childish So i decide to make one 1 star ( 1 star because of the nice view)

My worst experience ever. A nightmare.

View of Lake Annecy. Absolutely nothing else.

Host met us with a frown because we arrived to early. She looked unclean. Common area and stirs had dirty rug. Room was tiny, barely clean and furnished with junk, not « antiques » as described on your site. Very old shower and wash basin in room. Only ONE toilet on landing to share between FOUR bedrooms! Totally unhealthy and unacceptable. Tried to give us a room overlooking the road until we insisted we had been told the room had a lake view. This person should not be allowed to advertise her property on your site. Do not recommend.

Magique

On a passé trois nuits dans une chambre joliment décorée. La vue depuis les fenêtres est juste magique et extraordinaire. L'emplacement est très pratique dans un quartier animé et à une minute de l'arrêt de bus. On remercie la gérante Cath pour son accueil chaleureux, ses échanges humains et pour sa disponibilité immédiate. Elle est une personne attachante qu'on n'oubliera pas. On reviendra et je recommande cette belle maison familiale.

Séjour très agréable avec vue sur le lac de ma chambre.

Copieux petit déjeuner, viennoiseries, confitures maison, fruits frais sur assiette, laitages et café à volonté dans un joli jardin, et vue sur le lac d Annecy.

La maison a le défaut de ses qualités... 1 seul WC pour les chambres du haut. C est une villa familiale, on peut comprendre...Devoir se déchausser avant de penetrer dans la Villa, c est moins agréable . Mais la gentillesse de notre Hôtesse nous fait oublier ces inconvénients. Et Booking.com vous dites que l annulation est facile dans vos pubs, alors que pour cette location c était impossible, vous me l expliquez?

Bonne halte à Annecy - séjour très agréable

L'emplacement est parfait. Proche du lac. Petite plage à 5 min à pieds. La bâtisse est très jolie et la décoration originale. L'hôte est adorable. Très bon accueil et disponible malgré notre arrivée tardive. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Pour plus de confort: un petit ventilateur pour les fortes chaleurs. Mais c'était tout de même supportable...

La localisation et la vue dégagée et magnifique sur le lac sont incontestablement les plus de ce hébergement . La tranquillité de Veyrier , à 10 min d’Annecy en fond un plus également Le petit déjeuner était très fourni

L’expérience est très mitigée et nous n’y reviendrons pas. Pour rester factuel, la propriétaire met des règles très très strictes sur bcp de points mais quand vous faites remonter une amélioration potentielle ; elle explique que vous avez tort. Le descriptif est souvent à la limite et occulte certaines parties si vous n’êtes pas très vigilants. Exemple: Nous avons réservé la suite avec entrée privée pour 722 e pour 4 nuits, soit 180 e la nuit HORS petits déjà ( 15 e par personne) Les photos sont belles mais le descriptif n’indique pas que vous aurez un lit des années 30 ( certes repeint ) en 140 par 190 Chambre sombre avec 1 ampoule sur 4 Il est indiqué baignoire et douche (digne d’un 4 étoiles ); en fait , c’est un pommeau de douche au-dessus d’une baignoire…ce n’est pas un souci en soit mais c’est un arrangement avec la réalité Propreté à l’entrée très aléatoire ( toiles d’araignée, limaces mortes ) Prises près du lit… en fait, il faut débrancher la lampe de chevet pour brancher son tel… ou pensez à apporter ses propres multi prises … Pour 180 euros, pas de théière ou de bouilloire dans la chambre Petit déjeuner très sympa ( boisson chaude , fruits, viennoiseries, pain ). Pour 2 personnes, nous avons droit à 3 tranches de pain, 3 viennoiseries .. ( pourquoi pas 4 ? Ou 2 tout simplement ). 15 euros absolument en espèces et 1 semaine pour recevoir le reçu de paiement… Je demande un expression et on m’indique que c est mauvais pour la santé et qu’il n’y a que du café « traditionnel » Fenêtre de temps pour le check-in ( 1 heure ) En bref, localisation sympathique, MAIS LISEZ BIEN L’ANNONCE ET REGARDEZ LES PHOTOS ET LES AVIS AVANT DE RÉSERVER

Un séjour très agréable dans une charmante maison ancienne, riche d'une longue histoire et décorée avec goût, soigneusement préservée par la propriétaire, une charmante dame qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et s'est toujours montrée disponible pour toute information complémentaire. La suite était décorée avec goût et élégance, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Les petits détails, comme les crêpes faites maison pour le petit-déjeuner ou les taies d'oreiller en soie, ont été très appréciés.

Quelques petites choses pourraient être améliorées mais comme nous sommes tombés sous le charme et la tranquillité du lieu, cela n'avait pas beaucoup d'importance
