Villa le Lac - Cottage au bord du Lac d' Annecy - chambres -

A very pricey place to stay particularly as the toilet is shared with several other guests. On arrival we were escorted directly up the stairs to our bedroom, no where else was accessible between the front door the stairs and our room other than the shared toilet. To access the garden, we had to go out the front door and walk back around to the garden area which has a nice view of the late. Also to note, the beach area is not directly accessed from the house, it is a few minutes walk away but very nice.

Shared toilet, felt like a stranger in the house to be honest. We ported to just spend one night.

From the moment we arrived, Cathy made us feel incredibly welcome. Even though I don't speak French, I felt completely comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. She went out of her way to help us with everything and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a beautiful location, and the house itself is a charming mansion full of character. One of the highlights was the absolutely stunning view from the terrace, where Cathy welcomed us with a wonderful breakfast. It was the perfect way to start the day. More than anything, it was Cathy's kindness and generosity that made this stay so special. She has a rare gift for making guests feel at home. I would recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone visiting the Annecy area, and I truly hope to return one day.

Everything was fantastic

L’hôte, l’emplacement , la vue, la chambre et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel !!

The breakfast was ok and the location was very good . There were lot restrictions as we were ot allowed to eat in the room and have a wine .

The room was too small and crampt a d moving inside the room was very difficult. The shower room was with full glass and no privacy / The Toilet was outsede the room . we were put on the first floor and the stairs was very narrow . They had restrictions in checking in as the host was not willing to check in us after 8 pm .
