Lovely apartment overlooking lake Annecy, great neighbourhood

Beautiful view of the lake. Lovely space, compact with everything we needed for our 2 night stay (washing machine was efficient and so kind of them to provide detergent). Nice to have an outdoor area to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the view and dry towels, clothes etc. Easy to get to the lake, just down the pathway by foot. Great recommendations from the owners about where to go locally and great amenities accessible by foot.

Make sure to check the Aircon info before turning it on, so that it stays on during the night. The traffic was quite noisy.

Modern, spacious, great location.

Apartment well equipped. Great to have washer and iron when traveling for long period. On site, secure parking. Hosts welcoming. Even delivered fresh raspberries. Lovely views of lake and a 10 min easy walk through walkway to lake. 5 minute walk into centre with small but well stocked supermarket. Annecy a short drive and well worth visiting.

Steps into apartment very high not great if elderly. Noisy roads on both sides but only throughout day. Soundproofing in apartment made for quiet sleeping.

Hübsche Unterkunft in guter Lage als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Erlebnisse

Das Appartement ist prima ausgestattet. Alles wirkt neuwertig und sehr gepflegt! Der Blick auf den See ist schön, ein kleiner hübscher Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt und am Strand von Annecy. Bereits vor der Anreise haben die Gastgeber sehr freundlich mit uns kommuniziert, auch die Atmosphäre vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Gefreut haben wir uns auch über die kleinen netten Überraschungen. Ja, das Haus liegt an einer belebten Straße, aber das erkennt man, wenn man es bucht. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört.

Ideal wäre eine Funkfernbedienung für das Tor zum Grundstück statt der manuellen Code-Eingabe am Tor.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, très bel appartement, agréable, équipements ok Vue sur le lac au top. Proche petits commerces, agréable pour le pain frais du matin ☺️ Fabrice et Nathalie sont disponibles et répondent à vos besoin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Joli petit appartement pour une étape !

Tout est conforme à la description - les équipements, la possibilité de se garer, la climatisation du salon et la vue sur le lac ! Annecy à 2 pas !

L'appartement fait partie d'une belle maison située entre deux routes passagères, ce qui est très dommageable si l'on veut ouvrir les fenêtres, La vue compense un peu ce désagrément, mais il n'est pas facile de de se reposer... la terrasse n'est pas non plus des plus accueillantes...
