Awful experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone

Since the moment we arrive, the owner stopped communicating with us. The appartment was supposed to fit 4 people: there is a bed and a foldable sofa. To our biggest disappointment, the sofa was broken and couldnt unfold, so one of us didn't have a place to spend a night. I tried to contact the owner, but untill this moment i din't receive any responce! We had to look for the new accomodation. Not only it cost us a day of our holiday, but also additional accomodation, that wasn't cheap, considering we didnt hat many options as we were already there!

everything - especially the toilet is small and there is no ventilation in the toilet. no window to see outside.

Appartement looks modern, there is a lot of kitchen equipment availabe.

Bedroom at the side of the street is quite noisy, screaming kids in the morning. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and very well equipped. But for a family with one child is a little bit too small. The location is excellent, near shops and underground parking and the Annecy lake.

It was a little difficult to find the house as there is another building with the same number behind and the apartment is a little too small for a family with children.

Très decevant

La situation par rapport à Annecy. L'équipement de la cuisine et de la salle de bain.

La piece principale est tres sombre. Pas de fenêtre, juste la porte d'entrée en verre poli Très bruyant, au dessus d'une route à la circulation incessante donc porte fermée obligatoire Le logement était sale avec plein de papiers sous le lit Lit inconfortable avec des oreillers très plats. Il y avait bien d'autres oreillers dans le placard mais sans taies. Par ailleurs le drap de dessous était trop petit et ne pouvait être bordé de même que la couette. La terrasse n'est qu'un vulgaire balcon étriqué La vue sur le lac est minimaliste. Les photos des extérieurs ne reflétaient pas la réalité

El apartamento está en una zona privilegiada,cerca de la playa y de la montaña, varios establecimientos cerca. la cocina está totalmente equipada, y tuvieron el detalle de dejar algunas cápsulas de café para el desayuno.

La limpieza de ropa de baño, camas y de algunos rincones de la casa era un poco escasa. Creo que deberían de proporcionar algún producto mínimo de limpieza.

Séjour lac et montagne au top.

L’aménagement du logement est très bien pensé et très équipé. Il est situé dans l’un des plus beau endroits du lac.

Rue très passante mais l’appartement est très bien insonorisé. En fait, en été, tout le tour du lac est très embouteillé de voitures.

agréable et pratique

logement petit mais fonctionnel très bien placé, proche d'Annecy (arrêt de bus devant le logement) à 5 minutes à pied du bord du lac plutôt calme

il manque de place pour sécher les affaires, il faudrait installer des barres par exemple le canapé du salon s'effrite (dessous), lorsqu'on s'assied, de la poudre noire sort de dessous ce canapé le store intérieur de la chambre est cassé, il serait utile de le réparer le lit double est trop étroit pour 2 personnes à mon avis

Photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L'appartement paraît grand mais ce n'est pas le cas. Banquette usée et tachée partout (pas de drap housse ni de taie d’oreiller) : bonne pour la déchèterie. Un seul sac poubelle. Une seule dose pour le lave-vaisselle. 2 serviettes pour 4 nuitées alors que sur les photos on peut en voir plusieurs 3 dosettes à café et aucun sachet de tisanes alors que les photos montre une boite de tisanes complète et plusieurs dosettes à café et même de la confiture et viennoiserie….. Coupure d’eau pour travaux dans l’appartement à côte sans prévenir. Coupure d’eau chaude pendant 1 heure sans explications ou mot d’excuses. Papier toilette insuffisant : ¼ rouleau pour 4 nuitées. Propriétaire difficile à joindre : Ne répond pas au SMS et aux appels

La literie un peu trop petit et l'appartement pas propre des cheveux par terre du moisi dans la chambre là douche sale et le canapé bien abîmé.

Photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L'appartement paraît grand mais ce n'est pas le cas. Douche derrière le lit dons beaucoup d'humidité. Moisissures derrière le lit. Flexible de douche en très mauvais état. Banquette usée. Cuisine bien équipée mais bien usée plaque bien abîmée. Carreaux cassées au sol. Un seul sac poubelle. Une seule dose pour le lave vaisselle. Des toiles d'araignées aux plafonds. Escaliers assez difficiles pour accéder à l'appartement. Pas de rencontre avec le propriétaire seulement des messages.

Sehr gut gelegen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Der Besitzer müsste Lamellenstoren im Schlafzimmer von weiss auf schwarz wechseln. Wegen Strassenbeleuchtung ist es im Zimmer mit weissen Lamellen nicht dunkel.
