The views are magnificent as the name suggests. having a private tiny house was much nicer than and Appartment.
Do be warned that the panoramic glass makes for a very hot sun trap in summer. There are no shutters and it is quite hard to keep the place cool. To be fair it was also +35C while we visited so only likely to be an issue in peak summer.

A quirky, rustic and comfortable abode. Clean with everything required for a short stay. Stunning views of the lake from the lounge, kitchen and garden. Fan allowed for a good sleep but air con is not provided which didn’t deter our stay. Thank you to Marion for great communication for an easy check in and check out. Thank you. Would recommend. La vue est le véritable atout de cette maison. La vue à 180°C sur le lac d'Annecy est magnifique. Les couleurs sont changeantes en fonction de la météo, simplement époustouflant!!
Pour un 10/10, un rafraichissement pourrait être réalisé notamment sur la literie et la salle de douche.
