Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Veyrier-du-Lac, with mountain views and close to the beach. It measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Linen and Wi-Fi are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living area with a TV, a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a washing machine and a cot (available at an extra charge; please book with the owner).
Outside:
- A 6.5 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Veyrier-du-Lac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Hiking on Mont Veyrier: treat yourself to a panoramic view of Lake Annecy from the trails accessible from the village
- Swimming and stand-up paddleboarding: make the most of Veyrier-du-Lac beach to go for a swim or hire a stand-up paddleboard on the lake
