The apartment is ideally located in Veyrier-du-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Hiking on Mont Veyrier: treat yourself to a panoramic view of Lake Annecy from the trails accessible from the village
- Swimming and paddleboarding: enjoy the beach at Veyrier-du-Lac for swimming or rent a paddleboard on the lake
