We waited so long to go inside because there was no key.The room is cold although I already asked to turn on the heater..

No breakfast, the Room wasn't clean, the sheets weren't changed from the last person that was in there, because i could find diferent kind of hair inside the bed when i pushed them before leave the place. The floor had dust, and the towels didn't look freshyđ.
