Very dirty room. Not safe to stay. Avoid!

Absolutely unacceptable conditions!! We arrived late at night and were forced to stay briefly, but the room was extremely dirty. The bed, towels, were dirty, and the overall hygiene was shocking. We could not stay even one full night and left as soon as possible. Even now, we are still trying to obtain a refund, but the owner remains dismissive and refuses to resolve the issue, despite the clearly unacceptable conditions. This place should not be offered to guests in its current condition. I strongly advise against booking this place.

Just awful

Nothing actually

Everything! There was no key in the front door. We weren't told we had to go to the back to open up. A man came and looked confused and disgruntled and said, "Not again." It must happen a lot. He says he just lives there. I tried to call the owner, and there was no answer and got through to a non-English speaking answerphone message. Luckily, the guy ket us in and looked a bit apologetic but also a bit annoyed too, and I am not surprised! Then the walls are paper thin so you can hear the person in the next room cough like you are in the same room as them. The place doesn't feel clean or comfortable. Everything is old and grubby and just not a nice place to stay at all! Don't let the pictures fool you. It feels like a student home and worse than a bad hostel. There was one power socket in the room for the lamp shade...the bed was old and squeaky. Worh maybe max £10-15 a night

Overall I was satisfied and happy with my booking.

It was really clean and everything that was needed was prepared. Good quality of bed mattress and duvet and good temperature and heating.

It was so far away and it took 50 mins from city center to get there and I didn’t know how to open the outside door which takes time until the reasonable person responds.

Accommodation was adequate but this is not a place for inexperienced travelers

Communication with owner was friendly and easy. Very nice kitchen with good facilities. Cutlery/ crockery provided- self catering. Small but tidy garden area around back. Good size car park nearby.Good shower. Most other guests were very unfriendly and happy to say hi.

Only one local shop nearby. Closest restaurant was a Marstons over an hours walk away. Area was a built up residential area. Could of done with more pillows. Some other guests did not seem friendly towards my husband, did not seem to realise that other people stopped there too.

Not for the elderly or infirmed

Not a lot. It is set in the middle of a run down estate. When I arrived it was poori g with rain and nobody was there.I rang a phone number and was given a code to get into the premises.. It has an upstairs bathroom, and no other facilities.

I am a 71 year old person. I cannot go up and down stairs during the night, to the only toilet in the premises. This was not apparent in the details for the premises. The website needs to highlight these problems and the place is overpriced. It is what I would have expected on Airbnb.Very poor value for money.!

It was clean and comfortable, close to what we were there for

Me and my son went swimming with crocodiles and this place was less then 10mins drive away, it was nice and clean and comfortable

It was hard to get into, just looked like someones house.Its shared kitchen/bathroom and no TV. Hard to get into, lock key wasn't incase at front so had to go round back. Other guests were very loud, and someone was staying the garage, as we were off the kirchen you could hear everything. Doors opening/closing, people speaking very loudly.

V domě je 5 pokoju pro dvě osoby. Jedna koupelna s WC a kuchyň pro všechny. Papírové stěny domu, kde je slyšet úplně vše. Komunikace s majitelkou, která si po po prvním kontaktu, kdy se mi nedařilo otevřít vchodové dveře, vypla tgelefon a nereagoval na komunikaci až když jsem ji napsal, že jsem uvnitř, omluvila se, že někam letí nebo cosi. Paní co mi měl a přijít otevřít vůbec nepřišla. Newer more.
