Only the mirror in the bathroom was to low. I was struggling when I was shaving in the evenings, preparing to go to work. Mirror please 🙏

Excellent value for money

Easy to find and gain entry. Nice size room, and pleasantly furnished. Parking was straightforward. Great price.

Could hear the tv from another room virtually all night, but this is a shared house and it wasnt loud enough to disturb sleep

Good for a budget but microwave needs replacing

The price was very reasonable. Bedroom is clean, good size TV, no tea/coffee making as in the pictures but they have a kitchen

The microwave needs replacing and doesn't work, which others have also commented shame the owner hasn't actioned this. Also walls and doors very thin and can hear alot of noises from others using the house.

Cheap and convenient.

It was cheap. The sheets were plain but clean. The kitchen was clean had all basics you needed. The bathroom was clean but shared between 5 rooms.

I was in an attic room and hit my head twice on the sloping roof. It needs to have some sort of stripe painted on it! There was also a step at the top of the stairs that was hard to see and someone could easily fall down the stairs! There was lots of outdated food in the fridge- they need to designate a shelf to each room. There is no shared lounge area only a table and chairs in a windowless room. The tvs in the rooms had limited viewing options.

This is so unfair……..five rooms inside the house, and only one is an attic.!! So, unlucky to be given the attic. Thanks

The kitchen facilities was in good state and clean, and so as the TV was up to date.

I really did NOT like the room they provided me with, it was the attic.!!!!! And it was to stuffy up there, and the window they had was on the roof itself - I had to push it up to open (at an angle). Every time I get up from my bed I will be hitting my head on their roof frame in the attic. We can NOT stand up straight all the time - we have to be bending ourselves forward. Inside the bathroom was a bit weird as well…….the mirror was NOT on its normal mirror position.!! We could NOT see our faces when we shave…..we had to squat very low to see our faces. The mirror position was same height as the waist.! Not impressed at all.

Well Priced

Nice cost effective place to stay, we used it as a bolt hold whilst travelling through Bristol. Very cost effective, especially if travelling by car.

Misleading Listing and Uncomfortable Stay

Absolutely nothing.

Disappointing stay. The bedding and pillows were mismatched and nothing like the pictures. Sheets were stained, and the pillows smelled sweaty and unclean. Floors creaked throughout, and the toilet was unsecured with a cracked seat. The towel holder was loose, bath tiles were cracked with missing grout. Noise from neighbours was constant, and parking was difficult due to people’s driveways. The property felt more like a poorly converted house than proper accommodation.

Could not be worse

Nothing really good about it. Could barely sleep in the 3 days I had to stay here. Room was next to kitchen and laundry room. People coming down to cook and wash clothes until 2 in the morning. Lights cannot be turned off and heating is just too much. Not at all a pleasant stay and I wont repeat even if its free. One of the worst places I have ever stayed…

Horrendous Experience- Unsafe and Discusting conditions

Our experience at this property was beyond unacceptable. Upon arrival, we attempted to enter our allocated room, unaware that it was already occupied. An intimidating man was inside and aggressively shouted at us, making us feel extremely unsafe. We were then given another room, only to find it in a horrid state—yellow-stained bed sheets, cigarette burns on the floor, and an overall filthy environment. We immediately contacted the host, who directed us to check a different room. Shockingly, this room had blood-stained bed sheets. When the host later called us to move our car, we informed him of the bloodstains, and instead of addressing the issue, he simply told us to check yet another room. This final room also had blood-stained sheets, and the bin was still full from the previous guest, showing no attempt at cleaning. Given the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. When we requested a full refund of £166, the host only refunded £29 in booking.com credits, which is completely unacceptable given that we were unable to stay due to serious health and safety concerns. This property is completely unfit for guests—unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed. I strongly advise against booking here.
