Vintner Townhouse Artisan Quarter Bath

The property was excellent very clean and beautiful excellent facilities both bathrooms were spotless the bath was amazing. All the rooms were comfortable with lovely comfortable beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Obviously the terrace and hot tub were the icing on the cake beautiful mornings and evenings outside.

Nothing only thing I would say to visitors is read the welcome book first took me ages to find the cutlery 😂

Host Christina was very responsive to queries and requests during our stay. The townhouse is fabulous, very comfortable with great facilities and thoughtful touches. Thankyou for a wonderful stay, was perfect all round.

The location, the kitchen and lounge and the host provided a bottle of Prosecco, snacks and cereal. The communication from the host was excellent . She responded very quickly to any questions/ requests. The book with all the restaurant recommendations was great.

We found it hard to carry our luggage up to the third floor and hadn’t appreciated how many stairs there were.

the roof terrace is not safe for children and the door to the terrace could not be secured as the key could not be removed from the lock, so children could still open it. There is a sheer drop of three floors from the terrace with a small climb before a child could fall. We had to barricade the door while a grandchild visited. the front door does not lock securely, it clicks open when you think it is closed. We were not able to secure the exit from the flat and our autistic grandchild ran away three times, luckily we were able to locate her swiftly. Fortunately she was only coming to meet up at the flat before we all went out. The bath is stunning and has a great situation but there are no grab rails nor in fact anything at all to lever yourself up and out by, i levered myself up but as the flat edges were slippery i fell heavily back into the bath severely bruising my under arm. I'm 80 but i imagine others younger than me might also struggle. i did not use the bath again after the fall.
