Vintner Townhouse Artisan Quarter Bath

Amazing large well fitted apartment in a central location with sun terrace and hot tub.

Nothing it was ideal.

The location is in the Artisan Quarter and right down the street is an awesome restaurant, The Walcot. Street parking was easy and a public lot 2 blocks away. Close to the Roman Baths, The Circus and the Crescent. All within walking distance.

The only downside was 4 flights of stairs but worth the climb.

Great location, gorgeous house, well decorated. We really did love our stay and the host was wonderful!

Very spacious. Kitchen and main bedroom en-suite finished to a high standard, living room a little dated compared to rest of house but okay if not spending much time there (didn’t use top floor rooms, although looked nice!) Hot tub was a lovely addition and was great after a day walking around bath - however there was no step up into it? We had to use a chair to access this. Location (in terms of walking distance to Bath) was fabulous! A short walk down Walcot Street (some fabulous restaurants, cafes and bakeries down here) and you are at Pulteney Bridge. Close to the Abbey. Everything in walking distance. House had everything you could need - although maybe a small milk would be helpful as we had to drive up to Morrisons so we could make a brew! Christina very helpful when we encountered a problem on one of our nights (our fault not the property!).

No step up into hottub. House very warm (understand it is coming into summer). Maybe a fan could be added to the property - couldn’t find one. We had the windows open as wide as possible but this let in a lot of street noise so made it hard to sleep. Pub opposite - very loud until around 11pm. Yoga/gym studio directly opposite property. We were woken at 7am each morning by loud, beaty music as they had their windows open and we did too (hence a fan would have been ideal!). Not sure I remember this being mentioned in the property description but worth knowing.
