Great location and many beds for a big family.
Free parking was also great.
Metro station really close so going to for example Namba was very easy.
We stayed during winter. We appreciated that every beedroom and the kitchen had a functioning AC unit.
The house rule was no excessive noise after 9pm (like partying etc.). Since we have small children we felt it was good too stay in a quiet neighborhood.
We felt it was very good value.
Parking space is relatively small so you need to be a confident driver. We parked with a Toyota Noah. A bit tight but quite doable.
It is a three story house so small kids might need some help going up stairs.
The vacuum cleaner in the kitchen was weak. Might need fixing our replacing.
Child seats and cots would be great. We brought our own since this was not available.

4つの寝室がある一棟貸しでゆとりがあり、水廻りが清潔で、アメニティが充実していて快適でした。
近隣が閑静な住宅街であり、建物の遮音性は低い(床が鳴る、壁が薄い)ので、音には気を遣いました。
一棟貸しなのか、ドミトリータイプなのか予約時に分かりづらかったので明記されていると良いと思います。

駅から近いし、駐車場もあるし、部屋も広々してて言うことなし。
問い合わせにも親切に対応してくれました。
寝具もトイレもきれいだった。
カギ受け渡し用のキーボックスが開けにくかった。
