Lovely stay

The Studio was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The host was very friendly and made sure that we had a good stay. They accommodated all our wishes. Thank you very much for this nice stay!

Nice place but lacking in the things that would make it ideal

The kitchen was lovely and spacious, and the lounge/bedroom was comfortable and nicely decorated. Met the sweetest, friendliest kitty in the garden. Cat tax attached

There were very few sockets, only one towel was left (other than the hand towel). We couldn’t find any more so bought some while we were out. The host left a mobile number but didn’t respond when I text about a parcel that had been left and the box was so wet from the rain it was falling apart. (It was already soaked when we got back and so didn’t see the point of bringing it in as we were going back out, but took it in when we got back as no one had arrived to get it) There was this odd door beside the bed which we originally thought was a cupboard but anytime someone went to the property upstairs it would rattle and we think it may have been one house at some time which was then converted into two. Made it feel a lot less private and cozy for us. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle on the inside but that didn’t really matter because it didn’t fit the frame or close properly. There was no way to turn the heating up/on and the instructions required that we ask to have it changed. We decided not to ask as it was quite late when we got back (and didn’t think there would be an answer since they hadn’t responded about the parcel) The place was clean but not quite to the standard I would expect. Especially the garden which was quite a mess. We chose this place particularly because of the no smoking rule but when we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke as if someone had been smoking in the property fairly recently. This was quite disappointing as we are asthmatic and this is quite an important factor for us when looking for places to stay. I was mindful to take pictures before we left for peace of mind, we had cleaned up after ourselves but left some dishes and cans that had been rinsed to dry.

very nice and very quiet( and warm)

that i only booked for a week i used the place as a stop got till i got my new flat could have stayed there longer a very tidy and well equip appartment and in a very safe area.. i didnt have to worry about my van outside at all

Flat great but location not up to my expectations.

Location. you can easily hear noises from the other side of the bed which has a door separating it from the next tenant. A lot of noise from movements upstairs. woken up a few times due to people shouting from upstairs and next doors. The entrance and front of the house are very badly kept. We came at night and were very scared to enter as surroundings looked seedy at night. Second day was fine and not all that bad. would be good for the owner to pay someone to get the front and garden sorted. Flat is great, but never paid to live in an apartment which is so. badly kept on the outside.

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Don’t entertain this property

There was nothing to like. It was hideous. Luxury studio is an absolute joke.

The location was in a deprived area of Nottingham with an appalling crime rate. We arrived to find rubbish from the previous occupants left on the work surface. The hob had not been cleaned properly. There was no mirror in the bathroom. The garden was a health hazard.

A clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. My top choice in Nottingham!

I had a lovely stay. this is my go-to place whenever I’m in Nottingham. The space is very clean, with everything you need to prepare meals. The WiFi is super fast, and the style is a perfect mix of homey and modern. I highly recommend staying here!

You might occasionally hear some shouting outside during the night, but it was nothing disruptive and didn’t affect my sleep.

Excellent stay, value for money, great host! :)

Me and my 7year daughter stayed.. Excellent property for a short stay, great communication from the host. All little staples provided which i found really nice. e.g. soap, toilet roll, pasta, rice etc. Lovely location, friendly neighbours! :)
