Everything was perfect, couldn’t possibly fault the place. Clean, decorated beautifully and had all the essentials included. Made my stay a very pleasant trip!

Very comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, good value.

Timely, clear instructions from the host. The space was very spacious and comfortable. Quality furnishings and spotlessly clean. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Appreciated the hosts' recommendations of local places to eat.

Would have liked a hairdryer. I arrived after dark and there are no streetlights on the couple of roads leading up to the house.

Excellent quality accommodation run by nice people

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Location is just off the Derby Road but as advertised it is exceptionally quiet. Very well equipped and nice to have all the extras which included tea/coffee/breakfast and good TV. Comfortable sitting area and a place to work.

Nothing. Only challenge was the icy slope to get there! Host (and dog) out digging away the snow as I left!

Through no fault of the property, unfortunately due to roadworks on the A52 the 2.5 mile journey took 40 mins.

Excellent stay

Really lovely accommodation with lots of small touches to make it extra comfortable. Communication from host was great and they even got in touch when I left something after I checked out so I could come back and get it.

Perfect location for my purpose. Clean, comfortable and nice and quiet.

- Cracking location for my purpose - Welcoming host - Quiet and comfortable

- wouldn’t benefit from and additional cooking facility, I was equipped for microwave use only, though. - internet was an issue over the week. No TV aerial so reliant on WiFi for the streaming use on the TV. Which is strong enough and everything you attempt to watch either buffers or pause for periods.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The studio flat itself are excellent.

The location in relation to Beeston and Nottingham generally was very good.

You can only enter the crescent from one direction, which is a minor inconveneience. A lot of the propoerties on the development are still being finished, which again is a relatively minor thing.
