Good facilities but poor communications with the management company

Getting a response from the management company took quite a while. Several hours each time. No towels when I arrived and it took 6hrs to deliver them.

Super séjour on a super bien dormi et a deux arrêts de tram de la gare c'est vraiment bien

La simplicité des horaires Arrivée tardive possible et départ pour 11h c'est confortable

La salle de bain en parquet, c'était stressant de pas mettre de l'eau partout car le pommeau de douche ne peut pas tenir seul on est obligé de le tenir nous même et de mettre de l'eau partout et vu que c'est du parquet c'était stressant de laisser de l'eau. On a du bien essuyer. Il manque une porte entre le couloir et la chambre Memel un rideau pour que ce soit plus cozy Sinon très bien

Nada, sucio en mal estado. Edificio en obras. Insalubre. Me fui según vi el estado del mismo. Y encima de estafarme quieren cobrarme 150€ de fianza por no haber usado el apartamento. Vergüenza

Insalubre. Somier roto. Sábanas sucias. Baño sucio. Armario lleno de trastos. No nos quedamos por miedo de coger una infección.

Nettes Apartment, nicht abschließbar, keine guten Vermieter

Schönes Apartment Lage etwas außerhalb aber direkt an der Bushaltestelle, nur 10‘ zum Zentrum

Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gar nicht geputzt und die dreckige Wäsche vom Vorgänger noch auf den Betten und im Bad. die Wohnung wurde dann von widerwilligem Putzpersonal einigermassen in Stand gesetzt, wobei die Küche etwas außen vor blieb. Dickes Minus: Leider konnte man keine der beiden Türen des Apartments abschließen, weder die untere Eingangstür noch die Wohnungstür. Es gibt einen Schlüssel, trotzdem ging die Tür auch ohne Schlüssel auf. Der Schliesszylinder drehte beim Versuch abzuschließen einfach durch - nicht so ein gutes Gefühl nachts. Wir schickten der Vermieterin ein Video davon. Das wurde nur kommentiert mit: ‚doch das geht schon‘ - nein, ging es nicht! Keine Spur von Entgegenkommen. Absolut unterirdisch war, dass wir nach dem Aufenthalt bezichtigt wurden einen Seifenspender kaputt gemacht zu haben, der sich gar nicht in der Wohnung befand.

Bon séjour dans cet appartement.

La localisation de l’appartement à proximité du tram qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre ville. Ensuite l’appartement est suffisamment spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements. La déco est soignée.

La douche n’est pas très pratique mais pour quelques nuits ça va !
