Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay whilst visiting Skipton.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. A fab location for shops and restaurants. Everything you would want for a short stay. Communication with Tom the host was good. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The only thing I would suggest is a bath mat for the shower. The bath got very slippery when wet. I’d hate for someone to fall and complain. But this is being very picky, everything else was excellent.

Nice comfortable and well equipped apartment close to town centre

The property was very comfortable , well equipped and clean. It was located next to a public car park which was very convenient and only a few minutes walk to the centre of the town.

The only down side we found staying at the property was an over whelming smell of lemon disinfectant/ cleaner/spray… it was extremely strong and unpleasant initially but by morning we did not notice it too much. We mentioned the smell to the property owner and he said he would look into it so this may not be a problem in the future. I would still recommend this as a good place to stay.

Perfect location for a Skipton night out

Location was excellent, Apartment was clean and well furnished

Would say there is a bit of a trip hazard from the front room doorway directly facing the stairs , bit of an accident waiting to happen. But in no way should this reflect on our stay , would definitely visit again next time up north.

Fabulous lication, very central, clean and comfortable

Fabulous location, right in the heart of things with plentiful parking a stone’s throw away! Very clean - smelt really fresh as soon as you walked in. Great communication from Tom, and everything was as described.

It would help with initial impressions if the entrance way was given a lick of paint, as it’s quite dark and dingy. Some noise from a nearby pub, but it was bank holiday weekend, so that comes with the central location - you can’t have it all ways!

Outstanding place to stay.

The location is superb. A minutes walk to the town centre yet when you get back on an evening it's peaceful . I was kicking myself that I hadn't booked 2 nights . Skipton is a great night out.

The location was the biggest plus about our stay in Skipton.. The accommodation had all the facilities for our needs.

The downside to our stay was the car parking.. Had to pay over £14 in total...

Location, really comfy bed, fluffy towels, all kitchen items needed, very clean. Overall very good.

I hope this is taken as constructive criticism! Very narrow steep stairs. The entrance to the livingroom is directly in front of the stair. there is a two inch drop down. If you are coming out of the livingroom and you catch your toe, you could land at the bottom of the stairs. We were very careful!

Brilliant, would use again to stay if we are in the area. A nice appartment in a lovely little town.

Very clean, well presented and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped in a fully functional kitchen and everything you should need like shower gel, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel etc. great communication from the host. Goods location, near the town centre and pubs with great food and drink, but far enough away so there is no public noise.

Nothing really to dislike. The only thing I would change is that it was on an upper floor as my husband is bad on his legs, but he managed.

The stairs....carpet a bit loose... the landing area is I feel slightly unsafe. Bumped my head slightly and stumbled on the little ridge going/coming from lounge....dark carpet easy to miss. We are both fit and mobile so no problem , but it would concern. Thankyou....thankyou..for our stay. The minor critiques are done in a positive sense... Well done with what you've done here....just mind the 'elf and safety brigade.

Location very near to town centre but quiet. Accommodation is very spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. I had forgotten my hairdryer and, thankfully, there was a good one in the apartment.

FAB-U-LOUS perfect property in the heart of Skipton

What a fantastic property. This property was right in the heart of Skipton next to the canal and all attractions, restaurants and bars in Skipton. The host, Tom, was communicative from booking to staying to leaving. He was friendly and offered his expertise of the area with ideas about what to do, where to eat etc. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever want...it was like staying at home! The bed was a generous king-size and the bedroom was spacious. The living room had a large sofa bed and a dining table for four. There was a TV in both rooms, a WiFi password and Alexa/BT for music etc. The kitchen was a great size and had everything you could need... including tea/coffee. There was a lovely bathroom with a bath and shower too. I will DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

Hidden Gem

The apartment was immaculate, the location was perfect for us as we were going to my Son's Wedding and it was near the Registry Office and Hotel. It was very quiet for a central location. It was very smart, kind of 60s decor but very comfortable.
