Clean and functional and absolutely spit on in terms of location. You're in the heat of the town so everything is on your doorstep.

Probably my fault for not checking the details (and it does mention the parking). I always filter for properties to include parking just so I don't have to walk too far with luggage. There is no free parking for this property but it is right next to a pay and display car park so you are literally parked next door and it's only £8:10 at the most for overnight parking. You do need to either leave or pay again before 9am the following day.

Great location near the canal and the town centre, prefect for our needs of having a nostalgic trip around Skipton then a comfortable place to hang out in later in the evening. Pubs and cafes right on the doorstep with a lovely view of the canal. The host was helpful, responsive and welcoming.

The property was brilliant for our needs, we know Skipton very well and have visited many times, so we knew where the property was. A bonus was that the Council now allow blue badge drivers unlimited parking at no charge in the marked bays, so we had 4 days of free parking

A safety gate is needed at the top of the stairs, there is a trip hazard when coming out of the lounge due to the nature of the property and it's age, but if you were to trip, it is possible that a secondary fall would be head first down the staircase. I used the clothes drier to block the route

Very homely, spotlessly clean, kitchen had everything you need. Bed extremely comfortable, loved the decor. Location absolutely perfect. Honestly don’t think anything else could beat it.
