Tea, coffee & sugar were provided which was a bonus. The location was really central to all shops, pubs, cafes and the canal.
To know about the cost of parking as you have to use the car parks near the building which are quite expensive.

Location, layout, facilities.
Only thing I could pick up on is there wasn’t an iron.

You ask about the breakfast. There was no breakfast. But milk was left which was very nice and tea bags. All fine.
Had not expected steep stairs.
Stairs were steep and right by bedroom door. Scary at night so i laid a ladder thing in front to block in case fell down stairs on way to bathroom at night.
