Nice potential but several things miss the mark including friendliness. It was an okay experience but lots of wasted tim

The inside was recently remodeled. Nice furnishings, kitchen was good, new floors. It is quite spacious. One small but clean bathroom.

The heat was very difficult to make work. It was cold and we couldn’t make the one heater work until the next morning. The LR light and fans were controlled by remotes. Instructions said simply turn on fans and control by remotes. How to turn on the fans is the question. No switches did anything. Turns out if the fan/light is turned off by remotes and the switch is then turned off, the switch doesn’t do anything and you have no idea what switch makes the light work. All that had to be said was that there are three switches in the hallway just past the kitchen. Flip the middle switch to the down position, then the remotes will work. The worst part was the Danielle was very putt off when we called about the heat and the lights. Poor directions and it was evidently our fault! The hot tub is in the backyard but not next to the house. You have to walk 30’ through mud to get to it so we never used it. The coffee maker was disgustingly dirty. Slimy gunk. Please ask your cleaning crew to not use such strong smelling products. It took hours to clear the air, and I am not one who has ever complained about this. It was truly overwhelming.

Very relaxing stay in a lovely home with a fun yard and little hot tub.

So near the park. The house was very cosy and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The house felt very zen and peaceful. We really enjoyed staying there.

Exceptional place in the heart of volcanoes

Great place to stay at and way above the expectations! Very clean and tidy, a lot of space inside the house, very comfortable beds, well-designed kitchen and even a washing machine outdoors! Exceptional location - short drive to Volcanoes national park and Hilo. Excellent prompt communication. Highly recommend for stay near volcanoes.
