There is free parking on the premises, limited to 1 vehicle per rented room is only available. There is no assigned parking. Visitors must park on the street.
Due to HOA community rules no overnight street parking is allowed.
Guests can enjoy their own private quarters in the (The Nene and Hapu’u Room) and the shared outdoor spaces. This will include the parking area, driveway, forested yard, and trails. The hot tub is currently off limits to all guests until further notice. Please remind and ensure that kids and other guests limit themselves to these designated areas and respect these boundaries, allowing privacy for the other guests.

Here, you will be able to go out on an early morning stroll or jog. It's such a great way to take in the community.
Please note: This is a multi unit property. There a total of two buildings.
The first building has our Gecko Room located downstairs and upstairs is our popular Volcano Room.
The second building behind the first building is our Hapu’u and Nene Room which are side be side units.
Upon booking this unit, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pacifica Inn, property owners, its officers, agents, employees, and servants from all claim, suits, or actions of every name, kind, and description, brought for, or on account of: (A) injuries to or death of any person, or (B) damage to any property of any kind whatsoever and to whomsoever belonging,
(C) any sanctions, penalties, or claims of damages resulting from guest's failure to comply with the house rules, host/manager directions, local laws, or (D) any other loss or cost, including but not limited to that caused by the concurrent active or passive negligence of manager or owner and its officers, agents, employees, or servants, resulting from the performance of any work, maintenance or the involvement required to maintain safe and comfortable rental Unit.
