El apartamento está genial, muy cerca de la plaza de España y de la parada de metro y tranvía.

Pasamos calor porque no funcionaba el termostato de las estancias del apartamento salvo el de un dormitorio.

Urbanización y apartamento nuevo, impecable, amplio y muy confortable.

Todo perfecto.

A beautiful, modern, well equipped apartment in a great location. Good underground parking. Close to shops, bars and public transport.

The air conditioning didn’t function. This was reported several times and was unresolved when we left after 4 nights. The hair dryer did not work. We were told this would be replaced but it wasn’t. The handle to open the balcony door was extremely difficult to use.

Be aware - there is no real person, only AI to communicate with. We could not open the door, were stranded outdoors, spent 20 minutes on the phone with help desk to open the door remotely (this was an international call for me since their number was not on WhatsApp.). Very tricky to open doors! Only works 10% of the time. Once we got the keys from inside, we only used keys. But be prepared to be stranded outside on arrival with no human help.
