Casa Xanadu Seville - 6 bedroom Andalusian home with terraces

het was een appartement op een prima locatie. Vlak voor de deur de Metro en een gezellig terrasje waar we iedere ochtend hebben ontbeten. Appartement had een goed ingerichte keuken.

House is so big ! All we needed was there! Right next you have metro, nice breakfast place, shop, great restaurant to eat. What is more the house is really beautiful.

The property is very spacious, with two full bathrooms and an additional toilet. There isn’t a separate living room as such, but there is a lovely large dining area which works well as the main space for everyone to gather. The bedrooms have air conditioning, which was very appreciated given how hot Seville was during our stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite poor and the property would really benefit from a thorough deep clean. The floors in particular did not seem to have been cleaned properly, I.e. if you walked barefoot, your feet would quickly become black. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay. There is no air conditioning downstairs in the main communal area, and although a fan was provided, it was not working. We stayed during a period of extremely hot weather in Seville, and three members of our group were pregnant, which made the lack of effective cooling downstairs particularly uncomfortable.
