ISG Apartments Cedaceros

We were a party of 12, perfect apartments for us all to be together or have our own space, excellent Location.

No staff onsite, no where to leave our bags. Communication was not great as we asked for early check in. Issues with both apartments that we was told would be resolved but where not during our stay. Pool was cleaned we had to clean it our selves & mot enough sun beds.

The location of the apartment is great. The area is quiet and it feels safe. Close to restaurants, shops, main atractions especially the Seta monument. The apartment was very confortable.

I didn't like that you need a phone and internet to unlock the main door and apartment door. This was super inconvinient because if 2 of my family members that didn't have access to internet wanted to go back to the apartment, they couldn't. The worst part was that when we were still trying to figure it out my friend called the number for help, the man on the phone was incredibly rude, she had to wait for him to give her a lecture and then proceeded to help her. Customer service=1. One of the cutting boards had a hair in it and the floors felt like they were not very clean.
