ISG Apartments Cedaceros

Great location and easy to walk to all the main sites and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Located in a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise. Everything clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. There was no bottle opener in the apartment which I reported on Tuesday and one was delivered Wednesday morning. The response to messages was quick and helpful from the minute I booked to the stay itself.

The shower in one bathroom did not work properly as only the side spray came on and the knob for switching to the overhead shower spray was missing. Although no traffic noise, there was a bar at the end of the road and this could be noisy until about 1am in the morning, even with the windows closed. There were no instructions for the apartment which would have been helpful - eg how to use the washing machine, how to work the air conditioning, where the nearest rubbish bins were - we did manage the work these things out mostly but it's always helpful to have this information available.

The pool The location The accommodation Attention to detail and a quick response to a small hiccup we had

It was a prefect stay for us Well done

Very clean great location nice swimming pool on top to relax after a long day

I know it’s common but sometimes I wish checkout would be a little bit later than 11 o’clock am.

Location.

Stuffy in the rooms. The air circulation is not good enough. Blocked shower room flooded the bathroom.
