Posizione ottima, nel centro storico.
Pulizia scarsa: molta polvere su lampade e tavolini davanti al divano. Mancanza di posate e utensili per la cucina. Macchie sul divano. Macchie e sbollature da umido in camera e macchie di muffa in doccia. Finestre in camera non si aprivano, in soggiorno solo una finestra su due. Bagno senza aspiratore/finestra. Mancanza prese elettriche vicino al piano cottura. Cappa aspirazione della cucina non funzionante.
