Sicuramente la posizione. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, vicinissimo alla casa di Pilatos. Quartiere vivace e accogliente. Appartamento molto pulito, con tutto quello che serve e una buona divisione degli spazi. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Il Proprietario sempre disponibile.
Ci sono un pochino di problemi con l’uso dei condizionatori situati nelle camere, uno si bloccava continuamente ( il proprietario è intervenuto sempre in nostro aiuto). Sono stati giorni eccezionalmente freddi e anche la stufetta elettrica nella zona soggiorno faceva fatica a scaldare l’ambiente. Comunque disagi di piccola entità.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes Apartement. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten. Mit dem Schlüssel hat alles geklappt, ganz unkompliziert. Sehr zentral gelegen, man erreicht alles zu Fuss.
Das Apartement ist ziemlich dunkel, vorallem im Wohnzimmerbereich, da die Fenster noch mit einem zusätzlichen Gitter ausgestattet sind. Es ist relativ laut, dafür aber sehr zentral.

Fantastic location. Excellent communication from the owner. Lovely and clean. Super comfy.
Aircon in one room was very noisy. I really appreciated it but couldn’t really keep it on overnight as it kept me awake. This could of course have been user error 😂
