Exceed all my expectations. From before arrival, my communication with Maria was clear. Check in was a breeze. The minute you walk in the door you can see everything is spotless. Very modern amenities. Special treats in the refrigerator that were very much appreciated. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Plenty of hangers and closet space. Storage for my husband and myself in the bathroom was plenty. I used the washing machine twice; another great convenience. Maria even helped us with genealogy information for our visit to Marchena. And all of the restaurant recommendations were spot on. We didn't want touristy places and she recommended places she goes to herself with family and friends. There was also every kind of tv channel so that we could keep up with news at home. We would and will stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Maria, for such a great experience in Seville!

The apartment was so spacious, extremely clean and had everything you needed! Maria was such a kind a considerate host, lots of thoughtful details which made it a lovely stay. Maria was also very accommodating with my check in time and leaving my luggage for a short time after check out. Apartment would be very comfortable for a longer stay, it was a shame I only had a few nights there. Good location walking distance to the centre.
Only downside is it’s opposite a college/language school so there was a lot of noise from the students at 8:30am, didn’t last for long though but I would recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep in!
