About this apartment rental
Just finished renovating in October of this year, it is a very bright and decorated apartment with a certain industrial air, but without losing the warmth and comfort that we want to offer our guests.
With capacity for up to 4 people, the house is composed of two bedrooms with two 90cm beds, which together form a King-size double bed, a central space with living room, dining room and kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, utensils and utensils.
The apartment also has a 40 ″ Smart TV with Vodafone One and all football, WIFI Internet, hot / cold air conditioning in all rooms, bed linen and towels, iron and hair dryer.

First, I have to say that working with Javi and Sara was incredibly easy and I could not have been more pleased with their amazing hospitality. They even went out of their way to get us a clothes drying rack after I informed them there was none in the apartment. It was delivered to the door by the time we got back from sightseeing that day.
The apartment itself was very spacious for two adults and two college aged sons. We also happened to be there during the brutal heat of the summer (107 degrees) and the AC worked like a charm which was huge after a hot day of visiting the sights of Seville. The location is great and was a quick 15 minute walk to the train station as well as to the core sights of the city. There are numerous grocery stores within walking distance for any food or beverage needs.
I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay in Seville with a family or for those looking for some extra space. By the way, the church across the street just outside the front door is something to behold. You have to check it out.

The apartment is on a quiet street in a central area. The beds are amazingly comfortable and bathrooms are quite nice with great water pressure. Our hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

I really have no complaints at all about this home. It is a comfortable 2 floors up so you do have stairs but it wasn't bad. Sarah and Javi were wonderful and helpful. There is a restaurant right down the road from the place that we enjoyed. It is in a terrific location. The place was super clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy and linens were clean and nice. Having 2 bathrooms was really nice for us as we were traveling with 4 people total. This is right around the corner from the Setas (mushroom) where there are lots of restaurants and bars.

If you are looking for place in the center of everything while being quiet and away from the noise of the streets and crowds, Javi and Sara's place is perfect. It was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's within walking distance of everything you may want to see or do as a tourist in Sevilla. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Javi and Sara were very responsive to questions. Do not hesitate to book a stay with them.
