Very close to everything. Well equipped
Very close to noisy bar, which was on some reviews. If you want to sleep before midnight unlikely as so much chatter from the bar. If your night owl not an issue. Even with windows and shutters closed can hear it

Many things/little things are damaged and have to be fixed, deep Cleaning to be done, but generally we liked it!
