It was easy to access, easy to handle. Clean property

It's weird whenever they ask you to clean the property such as take out the trash. The nearest trash chute was still 5 min walk. Why are we having to take out the trash if it's a hotel stay? Also, they didn't send the check-in information until like two hours before arriving at the place. That's very stressful if you're an international traveler. Lastly, there's no parking so we had to park at a parking lot nearby which was very expensive every day.

The location is fantastic, with brilliant on-foot accessibility to the historic centre, and many wonderful bars nearby. The property itself is in great condition, and the shared terraces and pool were excellent. Our particular apartment also had a private roof terrace which was brilliant to have to ourselves. The apartment itself was well appointed and nicely decorated, and generally very comfortable for our small group of three. The air conditioning was highly valued during the heatwave whilst we were there. I would absolutely recommend to others and would stay again for any future trip to the city.

The air conditioning unit in the Double Bedroom was poor. It did not perform to the same standard as the Living room unit, or the Twin Room unit (both of which were powered and excellent). Although I attempted to flag this with the property, I was just told to adjust the settings, however this was not the problem. There is either an engineering fault with the A/C unit in the Double Bedroom, or it needs urgent maintenance. This was very disappointing during the extreme temperatures experienced by the city during our stay, and I hope this is resolved urgently for the benefit of future guests.

The apartment was fantastic overall. Aircon was perfect and needed! Apartment was well located, within 20-30mins walk of many different key attractions.

No real slight on the apartment and it’s great to have a pool, but the pool was out of the sunlight for the period I used it, the afternoon, and being very cold water the contrast between the 40degree sun and the cold water was too much to be in the pool which was a shame for me and my trips purpose. But this really isn’t a big deal. What you see in the pics is what you get.

Main bedroom nice , bathroom small and not very effective or warm shower . Sofa bed very uncomfortable . Very dark and noisy outside . Pool area ok but pool itself unclean and area needed done maintenance
