Nous avons tout aimé: la réception par l'hôte, le confort de l'appartement et ses équipements (cuisine très bien équipée, congélateur, micro-onde..2 wc, dressing individuel fermé dans chaque chambre, chauffage/clim) la situation géographique , le calme et le silence de la résidence, la présence d'un petit supermarché à 50m, de nombreux bus urbains sur la plaza....C'était janvier, il faisait trop frais pour profiter de la terrasse au premier étage de ce duplex magnifique, mais elle doit être très appréciée par des températures plus élevées.

The property is very comfortable. It’s in a great location, being both a short walk into the old town and pretty quiet too.

Blackout blinds in the bedrooms, would have been great.

The apartment rooms and kitchen were spotless. Location was perfect. Only 10/15 min walks to all the sites to se in Seville. Only about 200 yards walk to the famous and oldest tapas bar ...El Rinconcillo. Supermarket and other bars, shop within yards of the front door. Communication with host/owner was excellent and very helpful. Only 10 mins walk to train station if looking to take a day trip .

All in apartment was good. No issues at all.
