Ease of communication with the proprietor, very proffesional.

Not enough sunloungers on the pool terrace.

The apartment is in a excellent location easy walk to all the main attractions and places to eat & drink. The apartment was clean modern and spacious we particularly liked the outdoor patio space with jacuzzi. The communication was good and quick from the mango team and particularly mention for Ana at the desk who was super helpful and kind.

We did have issues with the WiFi which was unreliable during our stay although the team did try to fix it. However It didn’t spoil our holiday.

Great location,And Facilities,10-15 min walk to most attractions and some great restaurants

Only thing that let the room down was the Air conditioning.Due to high ceilings wasn’t as affective as it could be

Location (10 min walk to the historic centre), friendly team behind Magna appts, common parts regularly cleaned, everything in the flat is pretty new, nice downstairs lobby (winter garden), many supermarkets nearby. The terrace looked nice but we visited in November so didn't really use it. We travelled with a toddler so we had a crib and a high chair which was great. It was missing the duvet and the staff gave us one very quickly. Nice Nespresso compatible coffee machine. Easy check in with access codes.

We had our flat on the ground floor, it had no windows to the outside world, just the internal lobby so we never got any real daylight or fresh air. It really did feel like a dark and stuffy bunker most of the time. Worst off, one bedroom had NO windows at all. This was never mentioned in the description. The photos look very deceiving. The wifi didn't work, we had to sit in the lobby to use it. As a result, the TV, fully wifi reliant, didn't work either. The contact 'whatspp' is an AI chatbot, as some reviews say it's pretty useless especially for urgent requests. We found old cereals in the kitchen that for some reason staff didn't dispose of. The frying pans were really old/worn out. I suppose most people eat out but those with young children do need to cook. Sadly we could not wait to leave this flat at the end of the stay. For the price we paid it really was a disappointment despite some positives highlighted above.
