Eva Recommends Castellar Pool & Terrace

Location is great, nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Very easy to walk to other areas. Taxis are good value in Seville so easy to go further afield. The property is very clean and the AC works well. Pool area is small but nice and there are good views.

I’d rather a real key or card, did not love putting in a pass code three times to get back into apartment.

I have just returned from staying at this wonderful apartment with my husband and elderly father. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We had 2 large bedrooms, one with en suite with walk in shower, and also a separate bathroom with a bath and shower within. We also had a private large terrace. As my dad has a mobility scooter, this ground floor apartment was 100% accessible from the main front door, through the pretty courtyard and directly into the apartment. We also used the rooftop pool, which was blissful after a day exploring the city. There are two exceptionally good tapas bars, one either side of the apartments, just a one minute walk. They are both very popular with locals, and I would recommend booking - very friendly staff and outstanding tapas. The apartment is situated within a 10 minute walk to Las Setas and Palacio de las Dueñas, 20 minutes to the Cathedral and lovely Santa Cruz area, and 35 minute walk to the stunning Plaza de España and riverside. Eva and her team are extremely responsive and organised a taxi to and from the airport. Thank you Eva, we will certainly return!

Lovely apartment in a great location. The host was super helpful and always on hand to assist and give recomendations for literally everything. Would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend, the small pool is also a lovely bonus although we were too busy to use it. Also handy to be able to wash clothes in the laundry area in the basement. there is also an additional cooking area upstairs with a traditional oven and also extra plates, fridge, freezer and utensils. The little bar literally a stone throw away called Bar Visca served the best TAPAS and was lovely for a drink, there are some great restaurants and bars nearby as well which we wished we had spent a bit more time investigating which are are not in the tourist trap area and a lot cheaper.

The property was a very good location. Staff were responsive and provided good recommendations for things to do in the area and catered for us asking for some extra towels.

It was unclear from the photos which apartment we would get and looking at the cost I thought the apartment would be much nicer than it was. The apartment was fine and modern but nothing special with simple decor. It was on the ground floor so a little dark and the bedroom windows went out on to the inside courtyard so it was pretty loud when people were going in and out as they walked past your window. The place didn’t have a double bed but two singles pushed together which we weren’t that pleased with. Overall fine apartment but not good value for money.
