La zona y en general la casa está bastante bien.
Que no había ascensor, que el telefonillo no funciona y que uno de los baños olía a tuberías.

La casa è molto pulita e dotata di qualsiasi comfort necessario. Soggiorno dotato di televisione, divano molto comodo e tavolo per poter mangiare tranuqillamente in casa. Zona cucina favolosa, dotata di tutto ciò che occorre. Disponibile anche lavatrice, forno, microonde e macchina per il caffè. Servizi e camere molto pulite e molto comode, anche qui c'è tutto il necessario (coperte, asciugamani, phon). Per consludere, casa favolosa, l'unica pecca e che nel bagno più piccolo, difianco alla cucina, viene su l'odore di fogna e non è molto piacevole. Pertanto, è consigliabile tenere la porta sempre chiusa.
