Apartamentos RG Suites Plaza del Salvador

The apartment is exceptionally well located, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops and a short stroll from the Cathedral and Real Alcázar. However, as it is set back from the street it is extremely quiet... in fact, it's the quietest city-centre location that I have ever stayed in! The apartment is well appointed with everything you need, the Air Con is a welcome relief from the Seville heat, it's clean and modern, the WiFi is good and the beds are very comfortable. The key collection was super easy and communication was quick and helpful. Great value for money!

There was just one key for the apartment, with two of us staying and I we would have preferred a second key. It's a small niggle that was addressed by continuing to use the lock box at the exterior of the property and certainly not a deal breaker.

Everything

Location exceptional

Would have liked bedsheets and towels to have been changed during stay

Clean, spacious and well heated. Comfortable beds.

Coat racks near the entrance door and in the bed room would have been handy. The kitchen was not very well equipped. No drying cloth or drip rack, the fridge had broken parts that limited its volume severely, the warm water was not very hot. Parking is only possible in paid parking (25,-/day) and the streets around do not allow cars which means we had to carry everything back and forth. The apartment (first floor or larger building) was rather dark so we had some lights on all the time, even though the Sun was shining (only visible standing close to the windows). The wifi was not very dependable in general and almost non existing in the bedroom, we mostly used mobile data. The bedsides were very small, just enough for a phone on top of a book. All communication (with the owner or some management?) is by messages which I always find rather impersonal. The response was also not very quick (12+ hours) but maybe to be expected around Christmas.
