El alojamiento es muy espacioso, está muy bien situado (muy cerca de Santa Justa, del Corte Inglés y del Centro Comercial Nervión) y se encuentra bien equipado. Además, la recogida de llaves fue muy sencilla. Muy tranquilo y a salvo de los ruidos.
El alojamiento cuenta con una estética muy cuidada y un diseño agradable. Sin embargo, le falta atención a los detalles de mantenimiento. Da mala impresión encontrarse con elementos rotos que no han sido sustituidos ni retirados (como el colgador de llaves de la entrada). Cuidar esos pequeños aspectos mejoraría enormemente la experiencia del huésped.
