Le confort de l'appartement, très spacieux, calme et bien décoré. La possibilité du parking, très appréciable et le patio intérieur ainsi que la terrasse sont très agréables.
Quelques ingrédients comme du sel, du sucre, de l'huile, seraient un bonus mais la présence des produits d'entretien est très pratique. La clim de l'une des chambres était introuvable.
