The place was spotless! Comfortable and clean. Location excellent. But the best was customer service! Outstanding! Highly recommend this place!

The location is perfect too close to Giralda, all supplies are OK, comlepentary tea and coffee is welcoming, no need to run AC even its 39degree outside, very cool place for summer

The coach for 3rd person is not that comfortable to sleep

Location is excellant right in the heart of the old town. Facilities are very good. Air conditioning is very good. Bed was comfortable.

The unit we had was on the ground floor, just a bit noisy in the morning if you have a window open. The Nespresso capsule coffee maker should be upgraded as it crushed our capsules, but they have a moka coffee maker as a backup. These are really minor compared to the comfort and location.

We really enjoyed our stay overall and the apartment was lovely and the location was perfect for exploring the area, right near the cathedral. The host left water in the fridge and some tea and coffee and cleaning material. The bed was comfortable and everything felt new. Rooms have very high ceilings too, giving the feel of real space.

We had terrible 3 nights sleep. Lots of noise from the street, especially from the surrounding bars. The apartment is on the ground level so every conversation, footstep etc can be heard. The bar noise subsides maybe around midnight to 1am, and then you get the refuse trucks till about 2 30am and binmen chatting away loudly and the clatter of bin collection. It goes quiet till about 7am and then unfortunately there were some building works on the building opposite, so lots of noise from that and then the general noise building of people going about their business as the day starts. This is the biggest downfall for this apartment and the only reason we wouldn't book again, which is a shame. Also bring your own wine bottle opener. The apartment is so fully equipped but we couldn't drink our wine from the supermarket on the first night, when we arrived in the evening and couldn't get an opener till the next day from the little shop opposite. Unfortunately we lost that opener whilst walking about during the day, so couldn't drink the wine again on the second night and ended up buying another opener, but in the end only had one glass on our final night. This all could have been avoided if there was just this one simple tool in the drawer to start with.
